Comic-Con at Home 2020 Edition: Day 2

Here’s the sneak peek of Comic-con at Home 2020 Edition: Day 2. Who would have thought that the biggest event for movies and tv shows would now be held online! SDCC is known for Directors and Stars announcing their projects among the crowded cosplayers.
But this year, due to the global pandemic, Organizers planned Comic-Con at Home, a virtual version of the event. The panels usually reveal long-awaited teasers, trailers, and news tidbits from the entertainment world.

Comic-Con at Home 2020: Day 2

1. The Walking Dead (Season 10 Finale)

The panel dedicated to The Walking Dead chose to focus on its upcoming Season 10 finale, “A Certain Doom,” with Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Lauren Cohan who made an appearance to talk about the final battle of the Whisperer War. During the panel, they also previewed the first three and a half minutes of the episode for fans. The Season 10 finale airs on October 4 on AMC.

2. Fear the Walking Dead (Season 5)

Fear the Walking Dead is set to premiere on AMC this October 11 for its sixth season, and stars Lennie James, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Colman Domingo, and Rubén Blades introduced a new trailer, offering glimpses of the aftermath of Season 5 in Comic-con at Home 2020.

3. The Walking Dead: World Beyond

The third and final panel from the world of The Walking Dead focused on its latest spinoff series, The Walking Dead: World Beyond, which follows a group of teens who are the first generation of children to be born and raised during the zombie apocalypse. Season 1 premieres on October 4 on AMC

4. Marvel's Helstorm

Tom Austen and Sydney Lemmon star in this dark fantasy series based on the Marvel comics characters, about a pair of siblings who are the children of a serial killer and “hunt the worst of humanity.” Austen, Lemmon, and co-stars Elizabeth Marvel, Robert Wisdom, Ariana Guerra were present during their Comic-Con@Home panel to offer a preview of the upcoming new series. Season 1 premieres on October 16 on Hulu.

5. Archer (Season 11)

FXX’s Emmy-winning animated comedy series returns in September, and cast members Aisha Tyler, Chris Parnell, Judy Greer, Amber Nash, and Lucky Yates debuted a new trailer. This season takes place in the real world since Season 7, as Archer is back in the spy game after three years of coma. Season 11 premieres on September 16 on FXX.

6. Vikings (Season 6)

The first half of Vikings’ sixth season already premiered back in late 2019, but the second half is set to debut later this year. During Friday’s Comic-Con@Home panel, cast members Michael Hirst, Travis Fimmel, Katheryn Winnick premiered a preview clip from the latter half of the season. The second half of Season 6 premieres Fall 2020 on The History Channel.

7. Lovecraft Country (Season 1)

The much-awaited fantasy horror-drama, Lovecraft Country, created by Misha Green, premieres on HBO August 16. The series follows Atticus Black (Jonathan Majors) and friend Letitia Dandridge (Jurnee Smollett-Bell) as they road-trip across the Jim Crow America fighting racism and Lovecraftian monsters. Season 1 premieres on August 16 on HBO.
